Who we are, and why we exist.
SENTA is not a conventional NGO or training center. We are a community built by young Congolese, for young Congolese who are ready to build something real.
A community for young social entrepreneurs, rooted in Bukavu.
SENTA (Social Entrepreneurship Academy) is a “for impact” organization based in Eastern DR Congo. We help young people understand themselves, learn practical skills, spot the problems that matter in their communities, and turn their ideas into social enterprises that last.
We are not a training center. SENTA gives young people the space, the learning, the community and the mentors they need to turn the challenges they live with into solutions they own.
Learning environments that evolve with the learner.
Conventional education prepares young people for jobs that may not exist for them. Evolutionary education works differently. It adapts to the learner. Learners run community life and real projects themselves, test ideas quickly, and treat failure as part of learning.
Solutions built this way give back. They create local jobs and put value back into the community they came from. A certificate is not the goal.
We pay special attention to young women. In our region they face more barriers to education, work and leadership.
