Programs

Training, mentoring and incubation, built around one person at a time.

Six connected programs that take a scholar from mindset work to a working social enterprise.

Our programs

What scholars actually receive.

Every scholar follows the same path: personal development, then a tested idea, then a real enterprise with its own customers.

Personal development & leadership

Training in mindset, communication, critical thinking and leadership, delivered by experienced facilitators and practitioners.

Social entrepreneurship training

Practical training in finding real community problems and designing lasting solutions: market research, financial literacy, business modeling and pitching.

Mentorship & coaching

Mentors, coaches and practitioners who question assumptions, sharpen ideas and help scholars decide what to do next.

Incubation & venture development

Hands-on support from idea to prototype: help with registration and product development, plus workspace and technology access.

Sector & business networking

Introductions to experienced business people, sector experts and peers across the wider SINA network.

Community & alumni network

A community that carries on after the program. Scholars, mentors and alumni keep learning, working together and opening doors for each other.

Who we serve

Young people in Eastern DR Congo facing barriers to education and opportunity.

Our scholars come from difficult situations: interrupted schooling, displacement, or simply no real path into work. What they share is not a lack of ability. They lack a space to use it.

We put special emphasis on reaching young women. Since 2018 we have also supported young people in refugee camps across East Africa, as well as in Bukavu city.
